WHY I AM ON THIS BOARD: I founded this rescue. I maintain my seat to oversee that the feeling of love that I had when I brought those kittens home is maintained here years later. Also they need a bit of youth here.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE WITHIN PET HARBOR: dealing with animal stuff nobody else can do
WHAT I LIKE MOST ABOUT RESCUE: that it tries to give each and every animal a fighting chance.
WHAT I LIKE LEAST ABOUT RESCUE: the ignorance of the people who dump their animals
FAVORITE PET HARBOR DOG: Autumn & Chance
FAVORITE PET HARBOR CAT: Mitzi and Brennan
VISION FOR PET HARBOR: I see Pet Harbor maybe 10 years from now with a shelter that wouldn't euthanize adoptable animals because there was "no space" for them, a shelter where people live to take care of the animals & there will be no cages. The animals will each have their own rooms.
