| VISION FOR PET HARBOR: | I see Pet Harbor maybe 10 years from now with a shelter that wouldn't euthanize adoptable animals because there was "no space" for them, a shelter where people live to take care of the animals & there will be no cages. The animals will each have their own rooms. |
