America's Beloved Heroes

ALONA was named for ALONA AVRAHAM, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Alona Avraham, 30, Ashdod, Israel, was an employee of Applied Materials. Visiting relatives in America, she came here in search of the peace she wasn't finding in tumultuous Israel. She was a passenger aboard United Air Lines Flight 175 and lost her life when the plane struck World Trade Center Tower 2. We salute Ms. Avraham, a hero, and name this cute little gal in her honor.
