ANGELA was named for ANGELA HOUTZ, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001.
Angela Houtz,
27,
LaPlata, Maryland, was salutatorian of her 1992 Maurice J. McDonough High School class, and a 1996 magna cum laude graduate of UMBC.
Ms. Houtz was employed as a civilian senior analyst in the Office of Naval Intelligence working at the Pentagon.
A quiet lady, she was known as an enthusiastic and dedicated English student.

We salute Ms. Houtz, a hero, and name
this beautiful dog in her honor.
