America's Beloved Heroes

BRILEY was named for JONATHAN ERIC BRILEY, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Jonathan Eric Briley, age 43, Mount Vernon, New York, was employed as an audio-visual technician at Windows on the World, on the 110th floor of the North Tower of the World Trade Center, where he lost his life. Every morning he enjoyed watching the sunrise there. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University, he used his skills not only in his job but in volunteering his services in churches along the East Coast. He was an active member of his church, First Baptist Church of Elmsford, and served as a deacon. He also enjoyed music. Mr. Briley is survived by his wife, parents, and siblings. We salute Mr. Briley, a hero, and name this great dog in his honor.
