America's Beloved Heroes

FAIRFAX was named for CATHERINE FAIRFAX MacRAE, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Cat MacRae, age 23, New York, New York, was employed as an stock analyst with Fred Alger Management. She lost her life when terrorists hijacked a plane and struck the building where she worked on the 93rd floor of Tower 1 of the World Trade Center. A 2000 graduate of Princeton University, she studied economics with a finance certificate and graduated magna cum laude. A thoughtful person, she spoke to her mother at least three times a day and was forever giving her friends little gifts. She was never late and excelled in many areas. She is survived by her parents, sister, and long-time beau . We salute Ms. MacRae, a hero, and name this handsome dog in her honor.
