GARCIA was named for ANDREW "SONNY" GARCIA, SR., who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Andrew Garcia, age 62, Portola Valley, California, lost his life on September 11 aboard United flight 93 as it crashed in Pennsylvania. His wedding ring, luggage tags, and wallet were recovered from the flight's wreckage. A graduate of San Jose State University, Mr. Garcia was president and founder of Cinco Group Inc. and was on his way home from a business trip on that fateful day. Besides exercise, golf, tennis, and a genuine interest in the well-being of other people, Mr. Garcia was a devout Christian and member of Menlo Park Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy, and children Andrew, Jr.; Audrey Olive; and Kelly. At the time of his death, he had been blessed with only one grandchild, on whom he doted. His grandson Andrew was born eight days after his grandfather's death. We salute Mr. Garcia, a hero, and name this cute pup in his honor.
