GUS was named for CONSTANTINE "GUS" ECONOMOS, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Gus Economos, age 41, Brooklyn, New York, lost his life in the South Tower of the World Trade Center, where he worked for Sandler O'Neill Partners on the 104th floor. Mr. Economos was involved in various activities in life, and his motto was "The more you do, the more you can do." Mr. Economos was a member of the board of the National Association of Security Dealers and the Parish Council of the Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church. Mr. Economos is survived by his wife, Audrey, and two teenage children, Constantine and Katherine. We salute Mr. Economos, a hero, and name this handsome dog in his honor.
