America's Beloved Heroes

HENNESSY was named for EDWARD R. "TED" HENNESSY, JR., who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Ted Hennessy, age 35, Belmont, Massachusetts, was on a business trip aboard American Airlines flight 11 when it crashed into the World Trade Center. Mr. Hennessy was employed as a partner and principal of Emergence Consulting. Taking a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University in 1988 and a Master's degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1993, Mr. Hennessy also found time for music. His favorite music group being The Ramones, Mr. Hennessy also played many instruments himself and volunteered to conduct orchestras. He was also a member of the First Church in Belmont Unitarian Universalist. A devoted family man, he is survived by his wife, Melanie, and two young children, Rachel and Matthew. We salute Mr. Hennessy, a hero, and name this cute pup in his honor.
