America's Beloved Heroes

HOMER was named for HERBERT W. HOMER, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Herb Homer, age 48, from Milford, Massachusetts was married and actively involved in his church. An employee of the United States Department of Defense working at Raytheon Company, Mr. Homer was a passenger aboard United Flight 175 and lost his life when the plane struck World Trade Center Tower 2. A graduate of Northwestern University, Mr. Homer was active in Jaycees, church, and Special Olympics. He is survived by his wife, Karen. We salute Mr. Homer, a hero, and name this puppy in his honor.
