JASPER was named for JASPER BAXTER, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Mr. Baxter, age 45, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was employed as a career consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison and was conducting a seminar on the 93rd Floor in World Trade Center Tower 2 on that horrible day. A graduate of South Philadelphia High School and Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, Mr. Baxter made it his life's goal to help needy people. He is survived by his wife. Pet Harbor salutes Mr. Baxter, a hero, and names this handsome kitty in his honor.
