JULIE was named for JULIE M. GEIS, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Julie Geis, 44, Lee's Summit, Missouri, was a senior vice president and director of business development of Aon Consulting Inc. in Kansas City but on a week-long assignment at the World Trade Center when she lost her life. A former softball player for the University of Nebraska, the university has retired her jersey.
