MARIO was named for CARLOS MARIO MUNOZ, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Carlos Munoz, age 43, New York, New York, was employed by Windows on the World. He lost his life in the September 11, 2001 attack on America. Windows on the World was the restaurant atop Tower 1 of the World Trade Center. We salute Mr. Munoz, a hero, and name this sweet dog in his honor.
