America's Beloved Heroes

MARSHA was named for MARSHA DIANAH RATCHFORD, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Marsha Dianah Ratchford, 34, Prichard, Alabama, information systems technician first class petty officer with the United States Navy, lost her life at the Pentagon. Leaving behind 3 young children, Mrs. Ratchford's husband said she was going to retire after her Pentagon duty assignment. We salute Mrs. Ratchford, a hero, and name this sweet dog in her honor.
