America's Beloved Heroes

MISTY was named for JOSEPH D. MISTRULLI, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Joseph D. Mistrulli, age 47, Wantagh, New York, was employed by Island Acoustics as a specialty carpenter. At the time of his death, he was working on a project in the World Trade Center for Windows on the World in Tower One between the 106th and 108th floors. Mr. Mistrulli was known for wearing his tool belt while he cooked dinner. Mr. Mistrulli is survived by his wife, Philomena, and three children, Joseph, MaryAnn, and Angela. We salute Mr. Mistrulli, a hero, and name this sweetheart in his honor.
