Muddy was named for JAMES THOMAS ("MUDDY") WATERS, JR., , who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Muddy Waters, age 39, New York, New York, lost his life as he worked on the 89th Floor of the South Tower of the World Trade Center. A graduate of George Washington University, Mr. Waters was a senior vice president and head trader with Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. He wsa very popular and generous and has been described as "honest and noble." He volunteered in Republican party campaigns. He was very attentive to family and friends. He is survived by his parents and siblings. We salute Mr. Waters, a hero, and name this handsome dog in his honor.
