TALIGNANI, Nani for short, was named for JOHN TALIGNANI, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. John Talignani, age 74, Staten Island, New York, was a widower. Retired from bartending, Mr. Talignani worked 20 years with Palm Too restaurant. Flying to California to claim the body of his son in California who died on his honeymoon, Mr. Talignani was aboard United Flight 93 when it crashed into a field in Pennsylvania. We salute Mr. Talignani, a hero, and name this cute pup in his honor.
