NAYA was named for JORGE OCTAVIO SANTOS ANAYA, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Jose Octavio Santos Anaya, age 25, Aguascaliente, Mexico, lost his life in the World Trade Center. We salute Mr. Anaya, a hero, and name this beautiful girl in his honor.
