TEDDINGTON was named for TEDDINGTON "TED" HAMM MOY, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Ted Moy, age 48, Silver Spring, Maryland, was a civilian employed by the Department of Defense. He was a program manager in the Information Management Support Center, Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army. A graduate of the University of the District of Columbia, Mr. Moy enjoyed bowling and action and adventure movies. As a patriotic American, he collected flags and pictures of eagles. He attended Spencerville Seventh-day Adventist Church. A Chinese American who grew up in Washington, D.C.'s Chinatown, Mr. Moy is survived by his wife, Madeline, and teenagers Jessica and Daniel. We salute Mr. Moy, a hero, and name this cute pup in his honor. (Source: The Baltimore Sun 11/16/01, Newsday 2/22/02)
