VARA was named for JOEL GUEVARA GONZALEZ, who paid the ultimate price in the attack on America September 11, 2001. Joel Gonzalez, age 23, from Aguascalientes, Mexico, died in the tragedy of 9/11. Mr. Gonzalez lost his life at the World Trade Center. Other than that, not a lot of information can be found.
