The unexpected & premature death of William Scott Simmons is a loss to all of us. Scott was a volunteer, dear friend, source of laughter, & thought-provoking debater. He also was the other half of Pet Harbor Board Member and Volunteer Coordinator Debbie Simmons. Our thoughts, prayers, & love go out to Scott's family as we mourn together.
